I have been dreaming and manifesting moving to NY since 2017. This year I finally made the move and Ana made it possible. Everyone warned me how hard it would be to move to NY, but Ana made it easy. Her listing was the first listing that me and my partner wrote down and the first and only place we viewed. We moved in two weeks ago. The entire process to find the home and move in was less than a month with Ana. She handled everything online and organized for us to fly up and see the home before the tenants moved out to accommodate my schedule and needs. She also navigated between me and the owner. I was worried about my credit score, however Ana went above and beyond to hear and convey my mitigating circumstances and got us approved! We found her on Zillow. The entire process was professional and simple. I was worried it was a scam because it was to easy, but SHE IS THE REAL DEAL. My friends are still amazed that I have an affordable 3/2 in the City. The owner greeted me and my family with a hug on our move in date. We look forward to making Ana our personal realtor and have even started discussing next steps for becoming homeowners. Ana gave us the best Christmas gift. I am a New Yorker with a beautiful safe spacious NEW apartment!
